Walk With: Biblical Adventures
This Privacy Policy explains how Brandon Sipple Enterprises, LLC handles information for Walk With: Biblical Adventures. The App is designed to be local-first and does not require an account.
Short version:
Walk With: Biblical Adventures does not require login, does not sell your personal information, and stores journey progress and journal entries locally on your device. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store.
1. Who We Are
Walk With: Biblical Adventures (the "App") is provided by Brandon Sipple Enterprises, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to the App and any related support communications with us.
2. Information We Do Not Require
The App is currently designed without user accounts or login. We do not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, contact list, precise location, or social media account to use the App.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use your data for third-party advertising.
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
- Selected journey
- Journey progress and completed days
- Unlocked artifacts or story moments
- Journal entries and reflection responses
- Reminder preference
- Basic app-use flags, such as whether onboarding or a review prompt has already been shown
This local information is used to make the App work, remember your progress, preserve your journal entries, and continue your journey where you left off.
Because this information is stored locally, it may be deleted if you reset the App, delete the App, clear device storage, or change devices. Unless a future sync or backup feature is added, we cannot recover local journal entries or progress that are deleted from your device.
4. Journal Entries and Reflections
Journal entries and reflection responses are personal to you and are currently stored locally on your device. We do not operate a backend account system for collecting, reading, or syncing your journal entries.
You should avoid writing highly sensitive information in the App if you do not want it stored on your device. Your device settings, backups, screenshots, or operating system features may affect how local app data is stored or preserved.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes payment information, billing, subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests according to Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
We do not receive your full payment card number or Apple Account password. We may receive or access purchase status information needed to unlock premium content, restore purchases, provide support, or comply with App Store requirements.
If a future version uses a subscription management provider, such as RevenueCat, that provider may process purchase status and subscription entitlement information on our behalf. This Privacy Policy should be updated before or when that provider is added.
6. Notifications
If you choose to enable notifications, the App may schedule a local reminder after you have not opened the App for a few days. You can turn reminders off in the App or through your device notification settings.
The current reminder feature is intended to work locally on your device. We do not use notifications for third-party advertising.
7. App Store, Device, and Platform Data
Apple may collect and process information related to your App Store download, purchase, subscription, device, diagnostics, crashes, analytics, and usage according to Apple's privacy practices and your device settings.
Apple may provide developers with aggregated or limited information through App Store Connect, such as downloads, sales, subscription status, crash reports, or performance metrics. We use this information to operate, maintain, improve, and support the App.
8. Support Communications
If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use that information to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve the App, and keep business records.
9. Analytics and Advertising
The current version of the App is not designed to include third-party advertising networks or third-party behavioral tracking. If we add analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cloud sync, accounts, or other third-party services in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
